Our Recipe For Helping You Meditate

The N.A. & ETHIC Spa scented candle has been built by us, drop by drop, specifically with meditation in mind. Packed full of powerful ingredients but never overpowering. Our complex blend not only smells beautiful but each of the pure essential oils in this candle has been chosen for their naturally meditative properties.
How To Burn Your Candle
The first burn is key. Candle wax has a memory and will follow in the steps of the first burn. Allow the melt pool to reach the sides of the glass before blowing it out. This will help your candle last as long as possible.
- Burn for at least 3 hours and at most 4 hours, until the melt pool reaches the sides of the glass.
- Trim the wick before each burn to around 1cm to stop tall flames and black smoke.
- Centre the wick after each burn, while the wax is still molten.
- Burn with the door closed. Natural candles use essential oils only without synthetic boosters.
- Take some deep breaths to feel the aromatherapeutic benefits. Slowly in for 5 seconds through the nose and out through the mouth for 10 seconds.

Smells incredible and great quality!
I buy a lot of candles, you can tell this candle is high quality. When I opened the box, I could smell the candle. It wasn’t overpowering but you could smell the fragrance. I bought SPA and it’s lovely, it’s woody but also a bit musky. Excited to try other candles in the range!

This candle is something else. I am usually very particular about fragrances. I should not have worried as the SPA candle exceeded my expectation. If only you could smell how divine it is from the video. I will certainly be buying more.

Another Winning Blend
This is my second candle from NA&Ethic, the first being the sleep recepie one which I adore. Again, beautiful aesthetic, the scent is more subtle than the sleep blend but just as beautiful. Rather than for sleep, this is more of a calming, grounding scent to me. I had a slight issue with the wick and the customer service was exceptional and it actually rectified itself and burns smoothly as the other I have does. I really can't recommend these candles and business enough.
